Job description

  • Own the entire project lifecycle — from planning and execution to delivery and monitoring.

  • Take full command of customer communication and stakeholder management, ensuring clarity, trust, and alignment at every stage.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver hybrid cloud projects, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

  • Manage external partners and vendors, aligning their work with project goals and our quality standards.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture, where people feel empowered and energized.

  • Handle project financials, including budgeting, tracking, and contributing to our internal forecasting processes.

  • Be proactive: identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance project outcomes, and improve how we operate as a team.

  • Participate in the creation and implementation of digital and AI transformation initiatives.

Job requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in project management, with a solid track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

  • A PMP certification (or equivalent industry-standard project management credential) is preferred.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build trust with clients and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing cloud or IT infrastructure projects — hybrid cloud knowledge is a major plus.

  • Sharp organizational instincts, a solutions-first mindset, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
