Job description
Providing support to employees in resolving technical issues related to hardware and software
Maintaining computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices
Managing user accounts in Active Directory
Assisting with VPN configuration and installation
Providing support for the Office 365 platform and other internal tools
Implementing data security measures
Communicating and coordinating with external service providers
Supporting a group of clients who primarily receive support from external partners
Managing the procurement process of IT equipment for employees and maintaining equipment inventory
Training employees on the use of IT systems, tools, and security best practices
Preparing support reports and identifying issues that require long-term solutions
Documenting internal IT support procedures and creating user guides
Performing other tasks related to employees' IT needs
Responsible for regional operations in line with the company’s business activities and established practices
Job requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
Advanced computer literacy
Advanced level of administrative support in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication skills
Approachability and orientation toward end users
Advanced knowledge of English, with the ability for professional communication
