Job description

  • Providing support to employees in resolving technical issues related to hardware and software

  • Maintaining computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices

  • Managing user accounts in Active Directory

  • Assisting with VPN configuration and installation

  • Providing support for the Office 365 platform and other internal tools

  • Implementing data security measures

  • Communicating and coordinating with external service providers

  • Supporting a group of clients who primarily receive support from external partners

  • Managing the procurement process of IT equipment for employees and maintaining equipment inventory

  • Training employees on the use of IT systems, tools, and security best practices

  • Preparing support reports and identifying issues that require long-term solutions

  • Documenting internal IT support procedures and creating user guides

  • Performing other tasks related to employees' IT needs

  • Responsible for regional operations in line with the company’s business activities and established practices

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred

  • Advanced computer literacy

  • Advanced level of administrative support in Microsoft Office suite

  • Strong communication skills

  • Approachability and orientation toward end users

  • Advanced knowledge of English, with the ability for professional communication
