Job Description: Business Intelligence Associate is responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence systems, creating reports and data visualization, providing analytical support for business decision-making, as well as creating appropriate documentation for clients (user manual, process documentation, etc.). This person uses tools like Power BI to analyze data and generate relevant reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support on consulting projects and business solutions in the field of data and analytics.
  • Creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualization.
  • Collection, processing, and interpretation of data.
  • Data analysis and identification of trends and business opportunities.
  • Collaboration with BI and decision-making teams.
  • Providing support to users in the use of BI tools and data interpretation with a focus on Power BI.
  • Active participation in the development of detailed documentation that includes user manuals, work processes, and system documentation to ensure transparency, clarity, and efficiency in business.
  • Proper presentation, necessary reports, and analysis according to the manager's request.
  • Participation in the creation of digital and data strategies for clients.

Job requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working with the Power BI tool.
  • Understanding the concepts of business intelligence and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of the basics of DAX.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Confluence and JIRA is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data tools - desirable.
  • Knowledge of data modeling - desirable.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate – it is desirable that the candidate has obtained the certificate.
